How it works
A referral service. Not a repair company.
BackwardsLA Garage Door Repair is a BackwardsLA project that helps Indiana homeowners find independent local service providers, starting with garage doors in Lafayette, Kokomo and Fort Wayne.
What we do
We publish practical guides, take your call or inquiry, and connect you with one independent provider who has agreed in writing to cover your area and the kind of repair you need.
What we don't do
We don't perform repairs, set prices, guarantee work, or employ the technicians. The provider is an independent business and is responsible for its quote and its work.
How we get paid
Homeowners never pay us. Participating providers may pay us for referrals under agreements they accepted in advance.
Keeping it honest
- No fake reviews, made-up response times or invented local offices.
- If nobody covers your area yet, we'll tell you instead of passing your details around.
- We don't record or listen to your calls. We keep call metadata like time and duration so we can measure our own service.
