Referral service only

BackwardsLA is a referral service. We are not a contractor, do not perform repairs, and do not employ, supervise or guarantee the independent providers we refer you to. Any agreement for services is between you and the provider.

No charge to homeowners

Using the site and requesting a referral is free for homeowners. Participating providers may pay us for referrals.

Information on this site

Guides are general information, not professional advice for your specific situation. Garage door springs, cables and related parts are under high tension and can cause serious injury; repairs to them should be performed by trained technicians.

Availability

We can only connect you with a provider who has agreed to serve your area. Coverage and availability are not guaranteed.

Acceptable use

Don't submit false information, spam, or someone else's details without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, BackwardsLA is not liable for the acts, omissions, work or prices of independent providers.
